Busy, Busy

Although this blog may not reflect it, I have been quite the busy photographer.

I took a portrait class at RRCC. Every week ten new photos of ten new people were due. I took the challenge as far as I could, and my weekends became consumed with shooting friends, babies, family, families of friends. Thanks to all!

I assisted Mr. Jason Innes on a shoot of the legendary Barry Fey. Check out Jason's website and check out the article in Denver Magazine that features Jason's photos. Jason does amazing lighting--I love the harsh (in a great way) lighting that he captures. It projects this rich texture and "nitty grittiness" that I love.

I did a shoot for Sherpani, the best bag company that I know. They've launched their winter/spring line, and I am loving bags like the stylish Verona and the practical Qube. To see my photos, visit www.sherpani.com and check out the two incredible ladies modeling all sorts of bags. It was fun to work with the ladies and Ed.

I got to visit NYC and was happy to get to see the Robert Frank exhibit at the Met. I love his photos. So inspiring.

A few parting shots to prove I've been at it:
